Most of my adult life I was over weight, very over weight. I went from 155 pounds to 277 pounds in 11 months. This 122 pound weight gain was with my first pregnancy and I wasn't able to get under 200 pounds after having my son. I tired so many diets and nothing seemed to work. I had three more children over the next decade, leaving my body in ruins, stretched out, flabby and still very over weight. I was 227 pounds when I heard about It Works.
